This black and white Real Photo postcard c.1910 by an unaccredited local photographer shows a highly animated scene as a Procession, watched by a good crowd, passes down Liverpool Road in the Lancashire town of Patricroft, led by the a group of uniformed Firemen by the Animal Feed store of Messrs Royle and Leeson. Further back are some uniformed Postmen and then a group of local dignitaries wearing various sashes and chains of office. They are passing the Public Saw Mill run by the Executors of Joseph Toft.
